Acceptance Letter & Registration Package
2024/25 academic year

We are pleased to inform you that your child/ren has been accepted into Tierra Madre for the upcoming 2024/25 academic year. We are thrilled to welcome you and your family to our vibrant community. Please find below the necessary steps and documents for completing the registration process.

First Step:

​

Kindly review and complete the registration form below and pay the non-refundable:

​

  • Registration fee ($3,000 mxn / child)

  • Material fee ($7,000 mxn / child)

Payments can be made in cash (preferred) or bank transfers. If you are unable to pay in cash, please reach out to us for the necessary bank information. We offer payments via the following options:

​

  • Cash (pesos)

  • Bank transfer (domestic banks).

  • Bank wire (international)*.

​​

*Please note: we charge a $500 processing fee for all international bank wires.  Your bank may also charge additional fees.

​

Please make all payments and return your child/ren's registration form (one per child) within 5 business days of receiving this acceptance letter to secure your child/ren's enrolment in our program.

Tuition fees (full year enrolment - 11 months. September to July): 

  • One child: $110,000/year ($10,000/month per child)

  • Multiple children: $99,000/year ($9,000/month per child)

Your first tuition payment will be due in full on or before the first day of classes (September 2, 2024)

All subsequent tuition payments are due on or before the first day of each month (October to July) regardless of your child/ren's attendance in the program.

​

Tuition fees (drop-in): 

  • $4000/week  per child (registration and material fees and tuition discounts do not apply)

​​

Your first weeks tuition payment (non-refundable) will be due in full upon registration.

All subsequent weeks tuition payments are due on or before Monday of the enrolled week.

Next Step:

​

Full Time Enrolment: Upon the completion of your child/ren's registration we will add you to our Tierra Madre What'sApp group (required - no chat) to keep you informed and connected throughout the year. We will reach out to enrolled families (via our Tierra Madre What'sApp group) with the 2024/25 Welcome Package .  This package will contain all of the important information for the upcoming academic year.

Drop-in Enrolment: Upon the completion of your child/ren's registration we will send our Welcome package via What'sApp.  This package will contain all of the important information for our program.

​
